This month’s work: June

Transplanting and propagation should be avoided also in the month of June. During this month, the plant begins to produce seeds and, so as not to put it under strain, it is recommended you leave just two or three fruit for ripening seeds. It is important to pay attention to watering, for grounded and potted plants alike, intervening once when the soil looks particularly dry. No bud removal or fertilisation is necessary. Remove withered flowers, dead or damaged branches to avoid fungus attacks.
